Job summary

Mead & Hunt in Wisconsin seeks a Transportation Project Manager to lead impactful road and transportation projects, build lasting client relationships, and mentor the next generation of engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
• At least eight years' progressive civil engineering experience.
• PE license from any state with Wisconsin licensure within six months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver transportation projects for WisDOT and public-sector clients.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, and development.
• Prepare and review reports, specifications, construction documents, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with clients, regulators, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Foster client partnerships and identify new opportunities.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and QA/QC across projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to staff.
• Support business development and client interviews.
