Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical oversight for large transportation programs from planning through closeout.
• Serve as liaison between clients, agencies, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risk, and quality assurance.
• Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and contracts.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
