Responsibilities

• Lead complex transportation and infrastructure programs from planning through design, construction, and closeout.
• Oversee scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risk management, and quality assurance while reporting to clients and leadership.
• Act as primary liaison with clients, municipalities, state agencies, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff and participate in CoPs and professional organizations.
• Develop technical proposals, respond to RFPs, and help foster long-term client partnerships.
