Job summary

EXP Services Inc. in Southern California seeks a Senior Project Manager, Transportation to lead highway and road projects and manage schedules and budgets. You will coordinate internal teams and client relations to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements include a BS in engineering (civil/transportation), 12+ years' experience, California PE, and expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Strong communication and leadership are essential for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering with civil/transportation focus.
• 12+ years in civil transportation projects and PM experience.
• PE license in California and strong client relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a wide variety and complexity of highway related projects
• Maintain project schedules and manage project financials including profit/loss responsibility and targeted direct margin
• Coordinate staff required for internal project teams, including directing, coordinating and reviewing work by others
• Perform design computations, oversee report, plan and specification development and sign and seal construction documents as necessary
• Oversee and approve invoicing/billing and manage project scope and secure change orders as necessary
• Work with other senior staff within Infrastructure & Transportation and other practices groups, as necessary, to execute project delivery
• Act as EXP’s representative with the client and selected subcontractors during project execution
• Assist in the preparation of proposal and presentations for project pursuits
• Develop and maintain client relationships
