Job summary

LJA Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Transportation to provide technical and engineering support, develop Proposals and cost estimates, and lead the Project Management Team. This role focuses on advancing complex transportation projects and client relationships.

You will oversee project schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams across offices and work sites, ensuring successful delivery and growth of the program portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering required.
Licensed as a Professional Engineer required.
Program/Project Management experience required.
Proven PM experience with deadlines and budgets.
Strong client, agency, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Manage projects of appropriate size and scope.
Oversee schedules and financials for projects.
Pre-sell future projects and grow the portfolio.
Balance resources with Operations Manager/Engineering Director.
Reward and develop the project team.
