WSP USA is seeking a Senior Consultant in Transportation or Environmental Planning for its Advisory & Planning practice in Texas. The role emphasizes technical planning, analysis, and multimodal transportation planning to support client projects.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in transportation/environmental planning, strong data analysis, and experience with general plans, zoning, and regulatory compliance. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation Planning, Urban Planning, Environmental Planning, or related field.
• 5–7 years in transportation/environmental planning with experience in plans, zoning, and compliance.
• Experience with planning cycles from concept to implementation.
• Proficiency in CAD, ArcGIS, and Adobe tools; strong technical writing.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and assist with general plans, specific/master plans, and zoning codes.
• Provide analysis and interpretation of data from field and site investigations.
• Interact with regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and clients.
• Lead small-to-mid scale projects with QA/QC adherence.
