Cognizant is seeking a Senior Consulting Manager, Product Manager for Transportation, Logistics & Supply Chain to lead product strategy and delivery across complex environments. You will translate business priorities into scalable digital products and measurable operational outcomes, working with client leaders, product teams, and engineering groups.

In this role you will own the backlog, set testing standards, and build dashboards to track ROI.

Formación

• 10-15 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or management consulting.
• Deep transportation, logistics, and supply chain expertise — spanning TMS, WMS, freight, distribution, fulfillment, or last‑mile delivery.
• Proven experience leading client‑facing consulting engagements and advising senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile product delivery, from design through testing and release.
• Experience using product and operational metrics — such as service levels, order fulfillment, and ROI — to guide decisions.
• Ability to lead globally distributed, cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills.

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, information technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Set the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for transportation, logistics, and supply chain products, aligned to client and customer needs.
• Lead the product lifecycle end-to-end — from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization — to improve quality, speed, and business value.
• Own the product backlog, turning strategic priorities and customer insights into clear, sprint‑ready user stories.
• Advise clients on product strategy, trade‑offs, and emerging opportunities across transportation, warehousing, freight, and supply chain operations.
• Set testing strategies, acceptance criteria, and quality standards in partnership with engineering and operations teams.
• Build performance dashboards to track adoption, reliability, efficiency, and ROI.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and run workshops that build alignment and speed up decision‑making.
• Support proposal and business‑development work that grows our transportation and supply chain practice.
• Coach product owners and consulting teams to build strong, consistent product management practices.
