Qualifications

• High school diploma with 4.5 years of engineering technician experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Occasional travel and outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Motor vehicle operator’s license required.
• Inspects construction projects and collects samples and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conducts surveying, construction inspection, and materials testing activities.
• Inspects projects, collects samples and certifications, and prepares reports.
• Instructs and guides inspectors in procedures and verification.
• Assists with monthly estimates in Site Manager and project closeout tasks.
• Participates in project meetings and trains staff.
• Maintains equipment and ensures calibration per annual requirements.
• Assists with designs, drawings, plans, and specifications for construction projects.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
