You will apply technical expertise to develop solutions, mentor junior staff, and build strong client relationships while advancing the firm’s transportation planning and engineering initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in transportation planning/engineering.
• Experience with traffic operations analysis and infrastructure planning.
• Strong technical writing and public speaking skills.
• Experience with project management and business development.
• Willingness to travel to support projects and collaboration across offices.
• GIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and solve complex transportation planning and engineering challenges across all travel modes.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly through writing, presentations, and client discussions.
• Apply analytical tools and software to develop practical, well-supported recommendations.
• Work across diverse projects: traffic/transit simulation, campus plans, multimodal studies, ITS analyses.
• Manage projects: scope, schedule, budget, and client coordination.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor and support the development of junior staff.
• Adopt new tools and technologies while maintaining professional judgment.
