Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- PE license in Florida or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- 6–10 years engineering experience.
- Experience with Microstation/Open Roads Designer and Adobe PDF.
- Experience in plans production and specification development.
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee or participate in projects to design roadway/highway improvements.
- Lead or contribute as part of a team to meet client requirements.
- Build and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Lead a team of junior engineers and CAD technicians for designs and construction documents.
- Provide technical input and quality assurance.
- Develop and monitor project design/permitting schedules to meet objectives.
- Coordinate with multiple internal/external teams to meet milestones.
- Meet with clients to gather requirements and communicate progress.
