The successful candidate will manage highway and roadway projects, ensuring design and execution align with engineering standards. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, a PE License in NY and/or NJ, strong communication skills, and at least 5 years of transportation design experience. Qualifications

• 5+ years of transportation design experience, particularly in highways or roadways.
• Professional Engineer License in New York and/or New Jersey is required.
