Job summary

SEH is seeking a Senior Transportation/Highway Engineer to join our Transportation team in Minnesota. You will plan, develop, coordinate, and direct multiple highway projects for a variety of clients.

Applicants must be a licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota with a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, strong communication skills, and experience with Microstation, GeoPak or ORD. Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $95,000 to $130,000 annually, with travel as needed and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel for team meetings, client consultations, and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate, and direct multiple highway projects for a variety of clients.
• Maintain relationships with clients throughout project development and after completion.
• Mentor and work with staff to create a positive team environment.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures are followed and design calculations are performed.
• Represent SEH with agencies at project and public meetings.
• Prepare project approaches, scopes and fees and present proposals to clients.
