Qualifications
- 7+ years of transportation design experience producing layouts, plans, specs, and estimates.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with an emphasis on mentoring and client service.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of preliminary and final designs for transportation projects.
- Review and guide the production of detailed plan sets.
- Prepare technical specifications, feasibility reports, and other documents.
