Responsibilities

• Lead roadway design on assigned projects and manage design resources.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, public agencies, and utility companies.
• Prepare design plans, reports, cost estimates, and analyses.
• Ensure regulatory compliance throughout project lifecycle.
• Mentor staff and contribute to staff development.
