Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota.
• Ability to travel for meetings and inspections.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Experience in highway design with MNDOT projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate, and direct multiple projects.
• Maintain close relationships with clients.
• Manage and mentor staff to foster a positive environment.
• Represent SEH at meetings with agencies.
• Perform complex design calculations and ensure QA/QC compliance.
