Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, LLC (ICE) is a full‑service transportation design and consulting firm committed to delivering innovative solutions for infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on aviation.

Remote Status: Hybrid

Tampa, FL, Orlando, FL, & Locations through Southeast U.S.

Position

Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Design runways, taxiways, aprons and other airfield projects using FAA Advisory Circulars.
• Design landside facilities such as roads, parking and utilities.
• Supervise designers and CADD technicians.
• Perform or lead civil design utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines under the direction of the Aviation Service Director.
• Manage construction projects as the owner’s representative.
• Obtain permits from local municipalities and statewide agencies.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 4 years of aviation design experience and detailed knowledge of FAA standards.
• Senior positions are available for candidates with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in design programs (AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, Microsoft Excel, etc.).
• Ability to efficiently complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision with a focus on client service.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness and ability to learn new job skills.
