Job summary

Senior Resource Group is seeking a transportation aide to drive a bus, minibus, or van for residents to activities and appointments. You will assist passengers, secure equipment, and ensure safe transit in a group setting.

Requirements include a valid AZ driver's license (non-CDL), 21+ years of age, and DOT screening. Weekend shifts are included, with a supportive, team-driven workplace and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Valid AZ driver license (non-CDL) with at least one year of experience operating a 12-seat vehicle.
• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training.
• First aid and CPR certification.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a DOT drug screening / physical.
• Must obtain an AZ Fingerprint Card through AZ Department of Public Safety.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Drive a bus, minibus, or van to transport residents to and from scheduled activities and appointments.
• Assist passengers into and out of the vehicle.
• Secure passengers' wheelchairs, walkers and other equipment during trips.
• Clean and service vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories.
• Includes weekend shifts.
