Jacobs is seeking a Senior Transportation Drainage Engineer to join our San Antonio office in support of our South Transportation team. This role will focus on highway and bridge projects throughout Texas and offers a unique opportunity to help grow and shape our local Drainage practice while leveraging existing client relationships to expand our business. In addition to leading technical delivery, you will have the chance to leverage your existing client relationships, contribute to business development efforts, and support strategic growth across the San Antonio market. As the team expands, this position offers a pathway to increased leadership responsibility, influence on project pursuits, and the ability to mentor and develop future drainage engineers while helping strengthen Jacobs’ regional presence. You will work in a collaborative, fast‑paced team environment and provide technical leadership on drainage design and hydraulic analysis for transportation projects. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior staff, contribute to business development efforts, and support the long‑term growth of Jacobs’ presence in the region.

Base salary range for this position is $102,900.00 to $160,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
