Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communications: respond to technical inquiries from employees, the public, local government agencies, stakeholders and other groups.
• Conduct engineering studies and analyze data to prepare reports and recommendations.
• Lead and supervise a team of engineers and technicians; coordinate project management and budgeting.
• Fulfill duties as responsible charge engineer in compliance with policies and the Code of Virginia.
• Coordinate activities with management, stakeholders, customers, and FHWA regarding transportation projects.
