Job summary

STV Incorporated in Pennsylvania seeks Construction Inspection Managers for highway/bridge projects with PennDOT and PA Turnpike experience. 8–10 years of highway/bridge construction inspection is required, with NICET Level IV in Highway Construction preferred or PE license considered in lieu.

Field offices include Douglassville, Harrisburg, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, with projects in Lehigh Valley, Northeastern PA and Philadelphia regions.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of highway/bridge construction inspection experience
• NICET Level IV Certification in Highway Construction preferred
• AS or BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
• Active PE license may be considered in lieu of NICET

Responsibilities

• Direct activities of Construction Inspection staff and mentor project staff
• Review contractor procedures and materials for conformance
• Prepare and edit inspection reports with quantity calculations
• Maintain a physical presence on the project site to resolve issues
• Assist in documentation and close-out of project records
