You will review design plans, provide constructability feedback, and coordinate with engineers to minimize risk and improve project delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in transportation construction; 5+ preferred.
• Strong constructability review experience and sequencing skills.
• Experience with SHA/MDOT projects preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Review transportation design plans for constructability and safety.
• Provide written recommendations on construction methods and sequencing.
• Identify design errors or field constructability issues before bid.
• Coordinate with design teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct field site visits to verify conditions.
