Job summary

Felsburg Holt & Ullevig, Inc. seeks a team leader with a strong transportation construction background to grow municipal CM services from our Omaha office.

Lead the Great Plains Region CM staff of inspectors and engineers, manage projects, budgets, and marketing efforts to support regional growth. The role requires PE licensure in Nebraska (or ability to obtain within six months), a BS in civil engineering, and 10+ years of related experience in construction phase administration on funded

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer licensure in Nebraska or ability to obtain within six months.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited four-year college.

Responsibilities

• Serve as resident project engineer and owner’s representative on transportation construction projects.
• Lead multiple projects and mentor construction inspection staff.
• Respond to RFIs, enforce contract requirements, and ensure project delivery.
• Participate in marketing efforts to grow CM services in the Great Plains.
