Origin Design is seeking an experienced engineer who can serve as a project manager, designer, or technical expert on transportation projects, helping clients define needs and deliver solutions. Responsibilities include consulting with clients, developing project plans, and coordinating with the DOT to meet milestones and budgets.

Candidates must hold a BS in Civil Engineering, 10+ years in transportation or bridge design, and be licensed as a PE in Iowa and/or Wisconsin or eligible to register.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of practical experience in transportation or bridge system design is required.
• Current licensure as a Professional Engineer in Iowa and/or Wisconsin or ability to become registered is required.

Responsibilities

• The engineer will serve as a project manager, designer, or technical expert on transportation projects.
• Consult with clients to identify needs and develop project plans.
• Coordinate with the Department of Transportation on project milestones and approvals.
