This role requires collaboration with finance, carriers, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency. The candidate should have 3+ years in billing/invoicing, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and experience in warehouse operations or Tier-1 automotive inbound logistics.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of billing/invoicing experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with warehouse operations or Tier-1 automotive inbound logistics.
• Knowledge of MES, TMS, WMS or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Establishment of the Transportation department's Annual Business Plan.
• Management of sales and purchase performance for the transportation department.
• Customer Invoice Issuance Management.
• Receive carrier invoices and register them in the system.
• Other administrative and planning tasks.
