Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is seeking a Chief Transplant Coordinator for Transplant Services at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. This role drives pre-transplant operations, develops clinical protocols, and leads staff to ensure optimal patient care in a high-volume liver transplant program.

The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day staff activities, recruit and educate team members, and collaborate with physicians to implement initiatives set by Transplant Services leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, 5-7 years' experience clinical transplant experience in a solid Organ Transplant program.
• Licensure/Certifications Current NYS RN, PA or NP Licensure

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-transplant clinical staff and day-to-day operations.
• Develop policies, procedures, and care protocols with physicians to facilitate optimal care.
• Recruit, educate, and evaluate staff; implement management initiatives as directed by Transplant Services leadership.
