Qualifications
- Proven experience as an automotive or transmission technician.
- Strong knowledge of automatic and manual transmission systems.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
- ASE certification preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and a strong team player.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair automatic and manual transmission systems.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and road tests.
- Identify drivetrain, driveline, and related mechanical issues.
- Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly to service advisors.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Accurately document all repair orders and parts used.
