A management consulting firm is seeking an experienced Associate Consultant for the role of Transmission Switchboard/Control Panel Inspector across Georgia. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in heavy wiring and should be comfortable inspecting wire control panels. This position involves statewide travel to ensure compliance with standards and document inspections effectively, making safety and attention to detail critical.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of heavy wiring experience in transmission, substations, or panel wiring environments.
• Strong understanding of wire diagrams and transmission switchboard/control panel projects.
• Prior inspection experience preferred; utility wireman background highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel statewide to inspect wireman work across transmission substations.
• Conduct detailed inspections of wire control panels, switchboards, and associated components.
• Document findings, maintain accurate field reports, and communicate status updates.
