ComEd is seeking a Sr Engineer - Transmission & Substation Protection Analysis to provide operational analysis and support for transmission and distribution systems. This role involves fault location analysis, system alarm guidance, and recommendations for performance improvements. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, alongside 7+ years of experience and strong analytical skills. A compelling benefits package is offered, including a competitive salary of $103,200.00 to $141,900.00 annually, and a bonus potential of 15%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of applicable standards, codes, methods, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide fault location information for all 69kV and above line automatic operations.
• Review and analyze protective relay event records to determine fault type.
• Provide system event information to support power quality investigations.
