Washington University in St. Louis is seeking a Senior Research Technician to support translational cell therapy projects focused on CRISPR/Cas9-edited CAR-T cells for hematologic malignancies.

You will work at the bench and in preclinical models, developing experiments and evaluating engineered immune cells for translational impact. The role involves collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, data management, and contributing to IND-enabling studies in a highly collaborative, well-resourced

Competenze

• Master's degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• Laboratory setting experience (1 year) is preferred.
• No specific certification/professional license required for this position.
• Proficiency with molecular and cellular biology techniques.
• Previous work with mice is preferred, including handling and injections.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong record-keeping and organizational abilities.

• Performs complex analyses/projects according to research protocols and explains methods to technicians.
• Enters data and maintains current data files on research projects; monitors data quality.
• May perform preliminary statistical analysis of data.
• Ensures compliance with safety procedures and proper documentation.
• Maintains lab conditions and equipment per procedures; assists in training technicians.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
