Job summary

Smiths Detection seeks a Head of Programs and Business Transformation to lead the Americas Programs organization and drive strategic transformation initiatives across the business. This role partners with the President and Leadership Team to identify, prioritize, and execute improvements that enhance performance, profitability, and growth.

The position requires extensive experience in enterprise transformation, governance, and cross-functional leadership, with willingness to travel domestically

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Technology/Engineering or relevant discipline required.
• PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Americas Programs organization and drive strategic transformation initiatives.
• Partner with the President and Leadership Team to define and execute the transformation roadmap.
• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on operational excellence and growth.
• Establish governance, metrics, and reporting for transformation outcomes.
• Mentor the Program Management organization and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
