Qualifications

• 7 – 10 years of experience in solid waste operations leading employees.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must effectively handle employee grievances and conduct investigations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of transfer station and rail yard.
• Develop and implement operational procedures for efficiency.
• Conduct monthly safety meetings and training sessions.
