Job summary

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school (required).
• Active license to practice law in job location (required).
• Minimum of 7 years of legal experience, including in-house or cross-functional advisory roles (required).
• Background in life sciences, healthcare, or highly regulated global industry (preferred).
• Experience managing legal complexity across markets or functions (preferred).
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through ambiguity (preferred).
• Strong strategic thinking, judgement, and business acumen (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders and business partners on complex legal and regulatory matters impacting commercial operations, policy, or enterprise strategy.
• Lead or co-lead legal strategies for key initiatives including product development, market access, or international operations.
• Interpret laws, policies, and enforcement trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Serve as a connector between Legal and cross-functional groups.
• Manage legal input for high-impact business transactions.
