Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience as a transactions paralegal.
• State licensed if required by the state in which you currently practice.
• Notary Public designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, edit, and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements and corporate contracts.
• Conduct due diligence reviews and summarize findings.
• Maintain the internal matter management system.
