As a CBRE Senior Transaction Manager - Healthcare, you will manage a team that is focused on acquisitions and dispositions of property and associated land use projects for a large healthcare client’s portfolio.
Transactions include surplus asset dispositions, land and medical office building (MOB) acquisitions and dispositions, ground leases, and real estate donations. The Senior Transaction Manager also directs land-related initiatives such as parcel updates, easements, and zoning matters to support the organization’s strategic and operational goals.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Senior Transaction Manager - Healthcare is $120,000 annually or $57.70 per hour) and the maximum salary for the Senior Transaction Manager - Healthcare position is $160,000 annually [or $76.93 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
