Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Transaction Manager to lead client transactions within the Real Estate & Construction space. This remote US-based role partners with brokerage professionals to align execution with client objectives, track revenue, and present analyses to drive decisions.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance or real estate, 6+ years of transaction management experience, and a current state real estate salesperson license; LEED/MCR/CCIM are a plus.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Transaction Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will support client transaction activity across commercial real estate portfolios, with a focus on aligning execution to client objectives and business priorities.

You will work closely with brokerage professionals and client stakeholders to manage negotiations, documentation, reporting, and communications throughout the transaction process.

The position also plays a key role in tracking revenue, interpreting financial analyses, and presenting activity updates to help drive informed decision-making and successful outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $106,250 – $125,000 annually
