Job summary

The role requires CPA-advantaged credentials, a Bachelor’s in Accounting, and 3+ years in professional services.

Qualifications

In this role, you will provide due diligence and transaction advisory services to our clients to meet their complex financial needs.Our clients include privately held and publicly traded companies, private equity funds, mezzanine funds, banks, and business development companies. This multi-faceted client base allows us to provide our staff with a variety of opportunities across numerous industries, and a constant flow of challenging and meaningful work.Responsibilities:Interact directly with Partners on matters related to client and engagement management.Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.Research and financial analysis of target companies.Due diligence for both buy side, sell side, and corporate finance transactions.Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.Participate in various marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.Opportunities for career development and to advance within the transaction advisory services group.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting required and a CPA designation are preferredAt least three (3) years of relative experience required, ideally in a mid to large size professional services firm performing audits and related services for a diverse client baseAt least two (2) years of transaction services / due diligence experience highly preferredProfessional designations or candidacy (CFE, CFA, etc.) and / or an advanced degree are a plusHigh motivation, initiative and positive attitudeExcellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities appropriatelyIntermediate modeling and excel skills, experience conducting complex quantitativeand qualitative financial analysis and ability to generate data-driven insightsAbility to work autonomously, to meet tight deadlines, and to thrive in a fast pacedenvironment with shifting prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication, experience presenting analyses tomanagement and ability to lead and drive initiativesAbility to work effectively and thrive in a team environment with all levels of client personnel in various industriesAbility to comfortably interact with senior level client personnel, including supporting the preparation of and participating in executive briefingsThe pay rate range for this job position is $96,290 - $144,450. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location.
