Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA designation preferred.
• 3+ years in mid-to-large professional services; transaction services/due diligence experience highly preferred.
• Strong financial analysis, quantitative skills, and ability to present insights to management.
• Proactive, organized with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on client and engagement matters.
• Gather data, review documents, and prepare quality of earnings reports.
• Conduct financial analysis of target companies and perform due diligence for buy-side and sell-side deals.

This multi-faceted client base allows us to provide our staff with a variety of opportunities across numerous industries, and a constant flow of challenging and meaningful work.Responsibilities:* Interact directly with Partners on matters related to client and engagement management.* Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.* Research and financial analysis of target companies.* Due diligence for both buy side, sell side, and corporate finance transactions.* Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.* Participate in various marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.* Opportunities for career development and to advance within the transaction advisory services group.Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Accounting required and a CPA designation are preferred* At least three (3) years of relative experience required, ideally in a mid to large size professional services firm performing audits and related services for a diverse client base* At least two (2) years of transaction services / due diligence experience highly preferred* Professional designations or candidacy (CFE, CFA, etc.) and / or an advanced degree are a plus* High motivation, initiative and positive attitude* Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities appropriately* Intermediate modeling and excel skills, experience conducting complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis and ability to generate data-driven insights* Ability to work autonomously, to meet tight deadlines, and to thrive in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities* Excellent verbal and written communication, experience presenting analyses to management and ability to lead and drive initiatives* Ability to work effectively and thrive in a team environment with all levels of client personnel in various industries* Ability to comfortably interact with senior level client personnel, including supporting the preparation of and participating in executive briefingsThe pay rate range for this job position is $96,290 - $144,450. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location.
