Job summary

Telesis in Huntsville, AL is seeking an experienced senior analyst for the Targets & Countermeasures program. You will support debris model development, trajectory analysis, and mission data products within a fast-paced defense context.

The role requires an interim Secret clearance, a Bachelor's (or higher) and 20+ years (or 12+ with Master’s) of experience, with strong communication and solo/team work abilities. On-site work with a small, high-trust team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of experience or Master’s with 12+ years.
• Interim Security clearance required.
• Experience in at least two of trajectory/kinematic simulation, EO/IR sensing, RF sensing, geodesy.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work alone or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support development, integration, analysis, and documentation of target analysis products for pre- and post-mission activities.
• Plan test activities and assign team tasks for mission support.
• Contribute to development of target trajectories, flight scenarios, and debris scenes.
• Produce data analyses and products such as BETs, quick-look briefs, and launch times within 24 hours.
