Job summary

InterImage is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and implement a SIGINT collection management training partnership between the NSA/OCMC and the Combatant Commands (COCOM) to optimize SIGINT collection operations in support of Combatant Commands and partners.

The role includes drafting training documentation, classroom support, and presenting materials to large audiences, while guiding junior personnel and refining materials based on feedback and scenario accuracy.

Qualifications

• Nine years in EE or CS with basics of electronics and SIGINT systems.
• Bachelor's degree or four years of training/experience.
• Three years in RF theory, propagation, and antennas.
• Three years in wireless tech: GSM, CDMA2000, UMTS, LTE, WiFi.
• Brief military/agency personnel and convey concepts.
• Develop and improve training plans and curricula based on feedback.
• Inspect programs and personnel for policy compliance.
• Draft, finalize training docs, and present to large audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training problems to identify needs and improvements.
