JOB SUMMARY

This role delivers highly complex training courses and workshops to support workforce development, technology, and proprietary business systems. It involves updating or creating course materials to reflect changes in processes or systems and managing the classroom effectively to ensure learning outcomes.

This role requires experience in claims and TPA (Third Party Administrative) operations.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Train new hire classes, which may last 6-12 weeks.
  3. Deliver training on topics such as business processes, systems, orientation, and boot camps to all staff levels.
  4. Conduct workshops and provide feedback to learners on their progress.
  5. Provide regular feedback and status reports to management.
  6. Mentor and coach to address performance gaps, especially for new hires applying processes.
  7. Deliver train-the-trainer sessions and coach less experienced trainers.
  8. Prepare for and deliver training using existing lesson plans.
  9. Use adult learning techniques and appropriate training tools and terminology.
  10. Adapt presentation styles to meet learner needs.
  11. Practice effective classroom management techniques.
  12. Address questions and provide both positive and constructive feedback.
  13. Present training via classroom, virtual, or webinar formats.
  14. Update and modify existing training materials, ensuring they are current and free of PHI.
  15. Support or lead training-related projects and create assessment surveys.
  16. Analyze evaluation results and gather subject matter research.
  17. Create reports, contribute to SOWs and contracts, and act as SME in learning interventions.
  18. Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 3-5 years of experience in education, training, or related business fields

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or Training
Skills
  • Strong interpersonal relationship management, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of adult learning concepts and training delivery techniques
  • Basic decision-making abilities
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

This role does not supervise or manage other employees.

Compensation

Pay Range Minimum: $50,200.00

Pay Range Maximum: $91,200.00

Base pay depends on qualifications, experience, internal equity, market, and business considerations. The salary range does not account for geographic differences.
