Job summary

Nisga'a MOSTT, LLC in Gulfport, MS is seeking a Training Master Scheduler to coordinate all training at Naval Construction Training Center Gulfport on-site and off-site. You will liaise with CSFE and NETC to determine class numbers, areas of instruction, class sizes, and scheduling dates, and arrange classrooms and training aids.

You will be the single point of contact for Apprentice, advanced, development, and pipeline training across NETC Seabee programs, ensuring timely and accurate

Qualifications

• Shall have specialized experience and abilities to perform scheduling duties in both classroom and field environments.
• Shall possess knowledge of Navy Seabee structure and related vocations.
• Clear, concise communication with all levels of personnel is essential.
• Experience drafting course curricula and preparing reports/presentations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to scheduling inquiries and coordinate course issues.
• Maintain NITRAS, CETARS and Master Course Reference File up to date.
• Draft and submit schedules for primary and off-site Naval Technical Training.
• Maintain records for all courses at NCTC Gulfport.
• Lead weekly scheduling meetings across departments and training personnel.
• Develop and submit weekly schedules for core courses and pipelines.
