Job summary

Cleveland-Cliffs is seeking a Senior Training Representative for the Northshore Mining facility in Silver Bay, MN. The role focuses on programming training for both hourly and salaried employees, ensuring safety, environment, and productivity standards are met.

You will lead and coordinate with the Union training coordinator, enhance training content, and maintain records in MSHA-compliant systems. This position requires strong organizational and leadership abilities and a background in heavy

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in a training environment.
• Excellent team-building, communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Works with multiple departments to understand job descriptions and standards. Ensure training standards are executed and maintained.
• Communicates with management and the Union to ensure all training needs are addressed.
• Coordinates resources to deliver training of all employees on company policies, procedures, and MSHA requirements relevant to their position.
• Develops training tracking system to maintain documentation and refresher requirements.
• Maintains and facilitates the ISO QSOPs, ESOPs, and work instructions on the SharePoint site.
• Develops training schedules for all departments.
• Tracks and creates reports on outcomes of all training and ensures ongoing maintenance of training records per MSHA policies.
