Overview

The LG Electronics USA B2B Information Display Division's Training Academy is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Training & Enablement Specialist to drive product adoption, sales enablement, and customer success across LG's interactive display and collaboration portfolio, including LG CreateBoard and related solutions.

This role serves as a critical bridge between sales enablement and customer adoption, helping drive sales success, user engagement, customer satisfaction, and Professional Services growth throughout the solution lifecycle.

The Specialist provides pre-sales and post-sales support to three primary audiences: LG sales teams, channel partners, and end users across enterprise, education, government, and commercial markets. Before a sale, the role leads product demonstrations, evaluations, pilots, and reseller enablement activities that help customers and partners understand the value of LG solutions. After a sale, the role delivers onboarding, professional development, and end-user training programs that accelerate adoption and maximize customer outcomes.

Working closely with Solution Engineering, Project Management, and Solution Implementation teams, the Specialist ensures a seamless transition from evaluation through deployment and ongoing usage. While this position focuses on solution demonstrations, training, and adoption, responsibility for network architecture, infrastructure design, security, and advanced system integration remains with other technical teams.

As business needs evolve, the role may expand to support additional LG technologies, including digital signage, software platforms, and DVLED solutions.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for interactive display and collaboration solutions, including LG CreateBoard and related technologies.
  • Develop and execute enablement strategies that improve partner readiness, customer adoption, and utilization of LG collaboration solutions.
  • Deliver training and enablement programs for LG sales teams, channel partners, and end users to improve product knowledge, confidence, and solution adoption.
  • Develop and maintain training content, best practices, use-case materials, and learning resources tailored to enterprise, education, government, and commercial markets.
  • Provide reseller and distributor enablement, helping partner sales and technical teams effectively position, demonstrate, and support LG interactive solutions.
  • Build relationships with customers, administrators, educators, technology leaders, and end users to promote successful solution adoption and long-term customer satisfaction.

Solution Demonstrations & Evaluation Support

  • Lead solution demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, pilot programs, and evaluation support for prospective customers and partners.
  • Configure, stage, and maintain demonstration environments and standardized demo kits to ensure consistent and effective customer experiences.
  • Partner with Channel Managers, Business Development Managers, and Solution Engineers to understand customer objectives and align demonstrations with business and technical requirements.
  • Support trade shows, customer events, sales meetings, and industry conferences through live demonstrations, presentations, and hands‑on workshops.

Training Programs & Professional Services

  • Deliver onboarding, implementation, professional development, and end‑user training programs through instructor‑led, virtual, on‑demand, and hybrid learning formats.
  • Develop, maintain, and expand LG's Professional Development and End User Training Services offerings, including course curriculum, learning paths, and supporting materials.
  • Support sales teams in positioning Professional Development and End User Training Services during customer evaluations, pilot programs, and deployment planning discussions.
  • Support the delivery of training services as revenue‑generating offerings that improve customer outcomes and increase adoption of LG solutions.
  • Monitor customer adoption and utilization trends, providing refresher training, change‑management support, and guidance to maximize the value of deployed solutions.
  • Identify customer expansion opportunities, adoption risks, and service improvement opportunities and communicate findings to account teams and leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate closely with Solution Engineering, Project Management, Solution Implementation, Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from solution evaluation and purchase through deployment, onboarding, and ongoing use.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of training methodologies, content standards, certification programs, and enablement tools.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends, competitive solutions, educational technology developments, and collaboration platform innovations.
  • Gather and communicate customer, partner, and market feedback to Sales Leadership, Product Management, and Business Management teams to improve messaging, positioning, and product direction.
  • Extend training, enablement, and demonstration support to additional LG technologies and services as business needs evolve, including digital signage, software platforms, and DVLED solutions.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Business, Technology, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing training, enablement, sales support, educational technology, or solution adoption role. Classroom teaching experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering live customer demonstrations, instructor‑led training, webinars, and virtual learning programs to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with interactive displays, collaboration technologies, or related AV/technology solutions, including development of training content and instructional materials.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Understanding of the pre‑sales customer journey and the role demonstrations, evaluations, and training play in influencing purchasing decisions and solution adoption.
  • Experience developing and delivering training content through instructor‑led, virtual, self‑paced, and digital learning formats.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), content management platforms, and cloud‑based training and collaboration tools.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google collaboration ecosystems, including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace for Education.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across pre‑sales and post‑sales activities.
  • Self‑motivated and results‑oriented, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% for customer demonstrations, pilot programs, training delivery, trade shows, and partner events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting K‑12, Higher Education, Corporate, or Government technology deployments.
  • Experience with instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and curriculum development.
  • Experience supporting learning management systems, digital learning platforms, and educational technology solutions.
  • Google for Education and/or Microsoft Education certifications.
