Medtronic plc seeks a Senior Training & Education Specialist to join the Advanced Field Training Team, supporting Cardiovascular Diagnostics & Services. You will lead training development for EPT field personnel, delivering technical instruction across classroom, lab, and virtual formats.

You will design and maintain digital education content, identify and fill training gaps, and collaborate with sales, medical education, and marketing to ensure programs meet field needs while complying with

Experience turning complex technical content into training materials.
Proven ability to work with adult learning principles and digital formats.

Responsibilities

Lead development and continuous improvement of field training programs and events.
Collaborate with Sales, Medical Education, and Marketing to tailor content.
Deliver in-person, classroom, lab, and web-based instruction.
Create and maintain digital education content aligned to field needs.
Identify gaps and implement training to address Medtronic therapies and products.
Support local education with field teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
