The GSS Cybersecurity organization seeks a Senior Training and Talent Development Team Leader to lead cybersecurity training initiatives, develop curricula, and foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor cybersecurity professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Oversee design and implementation of cybersecurity training strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Assess and improve training effectiveness, develop metrics, and report to senior leadership.
  • Communicate training strategies and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage cybersecurity training initiatives, including Workday programs and early talent pipelines.
  • Build external partnerships to benchmark best practices and drive innovation.
  • Leverage automation to enhance training reach and efficiency.
  • Travel periodically for program delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of experience or an advanced degree with 7 years of experience.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, IT, training, or related fields.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams and training programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, RMF, NICE).
  • Knowledge of DoD security manuals and compliance training.
  • Strong communication skills for executive briefings.
  • Experience developing cybersecurity training in regulated environments.
  • Background in talent pipeline development in STEM or cyber disciplines.
