Job summary

FIS is seeking a Senior Trainer to develop and deliver client learning programs supporting trust, custody and investment management services. In this role, you will translate complex financial-services processes, products and applications into practical learning experiences for financial institution clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with wealth management operations within a financial institution or financial-services environment.
• Designing and delivering instructor-led and virtual training with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience applying adult-learning principles to develop instructional strategies and learning materials.
• Creating and maintaining presentations, course materials, training guides and job aids using standard workplace technology.
• Strong client-service, communication, relationship-building and project-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver task- and job-based learning programs for trust, custody and investment management services, including instructor-led, virtual and digital learning experiences.
• Conduct training needs assessments and select appropriate instructional strategies based on learner levels and client objectives.
• Create, customize and maintain presentations, training guides, job aids and tutorials with SMEs to ensure content accuracy.
• Deliver engaging client training in classroom and virtual environments, and evaluate effectiveness through feedback and outcomes.
• Manage training initiatives from planning through delivery, coordinating with clients and internal teams to improve training effectiveness.
