Job Description:

We are currently hiring a talented Senior Trainer. A Senior Trainer will participate in directing, coordinating, and developing and delivering training programs and training processes for staff.

Key areas of responsibility:

1. Build and enhance curriculum and training programs to support the job function and performance needs of the teams.
2. Deliver and/or oversee the delivery of the defined training programs at each of the locations to ensure consistency of delivery and results.
3. Develop and implement evaluation processes to gauge the effectiveness of training.
4. Track and report on training programs. Develop appropriate metrics.
5. Act as a liaison between departments in support of training program objectives.
6. Be actively involved in the process of setting training goals and objectives in support of training.
7. Ensure quality processes are in place to create consistency in all training programs and processes.

Skills/experience needed to be successful:

1. 2 to 4 years experience in training environment

Salary: $43,888 annually or more dependent on location and experience
