Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or civil engineering technology from an ABET accredited program.
• Two years of related highway/transportation engineering experience.
• Experience preparing or reviewing technical reports and presenting findings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact and assist in managing state safety design contracts.
• Coordinate with consultant teams and districts; review safety studies and reports.
• Develop safety performance measures and review cost analyses.
• Track RSA reports and ensure recommendations are implemented; manage budgets and invoices.
