Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in traffic or transportation engineering.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects and leading technical teams.
• Design-Build and alternative delivery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver traffic signal, ITS, and lighting projects.
• Lead project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and staffing.
• Ensure compliance with MUTCD, FHWA, AASHTO, and state standards.
