• Serve as a staff specialist applying advanced traffic engineering theories and principles.
• Review plans, calculations, specs, and estimates for completeness and conformity to standards.
• Sign and stamp plans as a technical expert in traffic signal, signing, stripe worksite design.
• Produce high-quality reports and project documentation.
• Lead QA/QC through developing and reviewing construction plans and cost estimates.
• Prepare project reports and feasibility studies.
